Fees and Pricing
Minimum Investment
We currently only accept Bitcoin, Ethereum & Solana deposits

Flat Fee
We will charge a flat fee of 0.16% per month. This equate to a 2% annual charge. We will levy this fee monthly through unit cancellations.
Performance Fee
We benchmark this fund against movements in Bitcoin. Our performance fee is 20% of the outperformance above Bitcoin.
This is subject to a high water mark. What this means is that any underperformance of the fund relative to the Bitcoin price must first be made up by the fund before any performance fee is levied.
Pricing
We will provide monthly unit prices of the fund. This is done both to limit the administrative burden on our side and to protect our members from the psychological strain that investing in these highly volatile assets brings.
