Deposits and Withdrawals
In order to become a member of this investment club, you need to receive an invitation from an existing investor. If you do not have an invitation, you may contact us directly as we do provide open invitations from time to time.

Deposits
Fiat Process
We do not accept deposits or process withdrawals in Fiat.
Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) Process
The only way you may invest in this club is by depositing Bitcoin, Ethereum or Solana. Once you have been accepted to the club, you will be provided with a unique crypto address. We recommend Solana deposits over Bitcoin or Ethereum because the transfer fees are far lower.
It is your responsibility to ensure you use the correct address, with ZERO errors, since the smallest mistake can result in you losing your deposit. We advise that you notify us before making a deposit, otherwise we may not be aware that BTC, ETH or SOL has been deposited into your wallet. In addition, the wallet address may change from time to time, so if you do not contact us prior to transferring there will be no way for us to track these deposits.
From these individual wallets, we will transfer the respective tokens into the portfolio, after which rebalancing takes place. This transfer into the portfolio usually incurs a negligible mining fee which cannot be avoided, and is for the members’ account.
We will only allocate you units in the portfolio based on the net amount of tokens received into the portfolio.
Withdrawals
You may choose to receive withdrawals in either Ethereum, Bitcoin or Solana, and you must provide us with the withdrawal address. It is your responsibility to ensure that this address is correct. We will provide proof that we have transferred to the address provided to us.
We will process withdrawals once a month on the 1st of the month. We need 30 days' notice to process any withdrawals. If you are withdrawing a very large amount, we may need 2 months' notice. The reason for this is that we cannot guarantee immediate liquidity of the instruments in which we invest. We need sufficient notice to liquidate these investments, and convert back into either BTC, ETH or SOL, and therefore cannot provide withdrawals within a shorter timeframe.
This fund is not suitable for speculators in this space, so the need for a more regular withdrawal capability should not be necessary for the right type of members.
